Security Service Specialist
Location: Miami, FL
Pay: $20-$35 DOE and certifications 

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in the service industry
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills to enhance the customer experience
• Someone who aligns with our culture and values (honesty, respect, integrity, teamwork, quality, responsibility)
• Coachable and maintains a safety-first mindset

Technical Skills:

• CCTV, Intrusion, and Access Control troubleshooting & configuration (hardware, software, devices, wiring, etc.)
• Networking: replacing connectors, wire testing, subnetting, programming IPs, and basic networking commands
• Electronics: able to use a multimeter for testing; understands voltage, current, resistance (Ohm’s Law), and relay operation

Key Manufacturers:

• CCTV: March Networks, Verint, OpenEye, Genetec, Eagle Eye
• Intrusion: DMP, Bosch, Honeywell
• Access Control: Brivo, S2, Lenel, Feenics, SoftwareHouse, Genetec

Certifications:

• Florida: FASA/BASA required
• General: OSHA 10 preferred
