Job Title: Fire Sprinkler Superintendent
Location: Bessemer, AL
Pay: $28-35/HR

Scope of Work:
- Plant/Industrial environment
- Manage a team of internal employees such as installers and service technicians throughout life cycle of project; Make decisions that are best for the project
- Ensure materials from home base and vendors are there on time and efficiently
- Create schedules for internal team and outside resources
- Attending Fire Marshall inspections on the job sites.
- Implement leadership and be a mentor to everyone on site in order to help project move smoothly
- Be apart and or conduct of weekly meetings with leadership team, shareholders, sub contractors, and technicians
- Assist project managers when needed
What we're Looking For
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Applicable state journeyman license is required.
- OSHA-30 is highly desired.
- NICET II is desired.
- Must have minimum 3 years’ experience managing fire sprinkler crews
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing, pipefitting, and general construction is required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic designs.
- Understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues.
- Good planning skills including design execution, resource allocation and contingencies.
- In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
- Superior knowledge in NFPA 13 codes.
- Great problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Organizational skills including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking.
