Inventory Management Associate

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Allen, TX 

Pay rate: $18-22/HR

Responsibilities:
– Oversee the receiving department and ensure efficient operations
– Manage a team of receiving associates and provide guidance and support
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods
– Implement and maintain processes for receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials
– Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory control team to maintain accurate records
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA guidelines
– Maintain a clean and organized receiving area

Experience:
– Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse roles
– Proven experience in team management and leadership
– Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
– Familiarity with materials handling equipment and techniques
– Knowledge of distribution center operations and logistics processes
– Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management and data analysis
