Operations Coordinator

Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Location: Tampa, FL 

Pay rate: $20 – $25

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule field technicians for low voltage cabling projects including voice/data, fiber optic, CCTV, and access control. 
• Act as a central point of communication between clients, field staff, project managers, and vendors.
• Maintain and update project schedules, work orders, and job files.
• Track and manage inventory levels, tools, and materials; assist with ordering and logistics as needed.
• Ensure all permits, inspections, and compliance documentation are filed correctly and on time.
• Assist with job costing, timesheet collection, and billing coordination with accounting.
• Monitor progress of jobs and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Address and help resolve issues or delays that may impact project timelines.
• Ensure all work follows company procedures, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Provide administrative support to the operations and project management teams.
