Pay Rate: Starting at $28/hr

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Project Managers/Superintendent, the Accounting Assistant assists the project team members in meeting pre-set deadlines while building a quality product in the most efficient and cost effective manner. The Accounting Assistant supports the Project Superintendent/Project Managers in daily communications and bookkeeping.
Must have:
- 2-3+ years in payroll experience
- Experience with ADP timecard processing
- Attitude/aptitude to learn new accounting systems
- Experience dealing with garnishments
- Experience with keeping up with multiple excel sheets at the same time
Plus to have:
- Experience with ADP eTime
- Experience with PCMX systems
- Experience with 401k and Benefits processing
