Position Summary: 

Anistar is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager for an opportunity helping with the planning, execution, implementation and finalization of a complex security installation project. We are looking for individuals who will pay attention to detail, problem solve, and work efficiently under minimal supervision. Must have clean driving record, valid driver’s license, pass drug and background checks. The ideal candidate will under general supervision, maintain a highly analytical and problem solving mindset while working as a team player and must have experience with the following:

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Managing project timelines, budget, and quality control to ensure successful completion of the project.
• On-site supervision of the field teams by visiting job sites regularly to monitor progress, identify issues and address concerns.
• Performance monitoring by tracking productivity, hours used (Updating hour tracker) and identifying areas of improvement.
• Resource allocation through staff scheduling, assigning tasks and managing resources effectively to optimize operations.
• Compliance enforcement to ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations and industry standards.
• Reporting project status, performance data and identifying trends.
• Team management through coaching, training, development and evaluations.
• Problem solving by identifying and resolving field challenges that arise during project execution.

Qualifications/Knowledge Guidelines

• Minimum 5 years’ progressive project managing experience preferred.
• Certifications or experience with the following systems is preferred: SoftwareHouse, Genetec, Lenel, Open Options, AMAG, Salient, Video Insight, Brivo and Eagle Eye
• Strong knowledge in telecommunications.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of project management.
• A balance of strategic vision and hands-on experience.
• Strong leadership and team building qualities
• Committed, tough minded pragmatic, performance-driven personality.
• A track record of good judgment and prudent risk taking.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to motivate and direct people.
• Energetic, dynamic, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values 
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively by adapting quickly to changing priorities
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced problem solving and analytical abilities
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships
