Job Title: Travel Controls Electrician
Location: Nationwide travel
Pay Rate: $35-48/HR

Position Summary: Anistar is seeking a traveling controls electrician to work on a national project for a fortune 100 client.
Job Responsibilities:
- Run conduit, wiring, hook-up disconnects, switches, push buttons, circuit panels, breakers, suppressors, transformers, and wire terminations on multiple sites nationally.
- Install, startup, testing, commissioning and servicing controls projects.
- Configure, commission, troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or (DCS) Distributive Control System
- Troubleshoot, repair and program control systems and electrical problems
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines and daily deliverables (i.e. pictures, signed checklists, As-Built, etc.).
- Resolve conflict while maintaining positive relationships at all levels.
- Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed electrical systems and component devices are operational.
- Understand electrical circuits concepts & Theory (Single Phase, Three Phase, AC and DC Electricity, from 23v DC to 480v AC).
- Ensure electrical systems meet local, county, state, or federal codes; legal and/or insurance requirements.
- Must be available to travel for for 3-5 months at a time. Company vehicle, hotel, and per diem provided.
