Job Title: Travel Field Supervisor 

Location: Cheyenne, WY 

Pay rate: $35-45/HR

Position Summary:

Anistar is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor for several long-term contract opportunities, to provide assistance with the pulling, instillation, and termination of fiber optic cable and managing large crews. The ideal candidate will under general supervision, maintain a highly analytical and problem solving mindset while working as a team player.  We are looking for individuals who will pay attention to detail and work efficiently under minimal supervision.  

Basic scope of work includes:

• Supervision of all installation on the job site 
• Managing large crews of technicians and installers on a data center project
• Evaluation of project requirements and validating SOW (scope of work) and project plan by implementing strategies to achieve optimal team performance. 
• Responsible for managing overall workload distribution, staffing levels and monitor the customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Ensuring that deadlines are met per customer requirements.

Also:

• 5+ year(s) of experience in commercial low voltage cabling
• 4+ years of experience in a large data center construction project
• OSHA 30
• BICSI certifications preferred
