Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $22-25/hour
SOW:
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to verify accuracy.
• Prepare, package, and label outgoing orders for timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, including FDA standards (if applicable).
• Operate warehouse equipment such as a manual pallet jack safely.
• Assist with maintaining inventory records using ZOHO Inventory and EASY Ship
• Coordinate with carriers for efficient shipping schedules and problem resolution.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Ensure proper documentation for all received goods, including Certificates of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and other compliance-related paperwork.
• Follow FDA guidelines for handling, storing, and tracking materials to maintain product integrity and prevent contamination.
• Collaborate with quality team members to report discrepancies, damaged goods, or non-compliant shipments.
• Handle inventory records in accordance with FDA regulations, ensuring traceability and proper stock rotation.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for receiving and storage.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Managing inventory, ensuring stock is organized and properly recorded.
